    St. Regis

    Miami’s skyline is set to gain two spectacular St. Regis residences: a 50-story bayfront tower in Brickell and twin 62-story ocean-facing towers in Sunny Isles. The Brickell tower includes 152 luxury homes, each with private elevators, chef’s kitchens, spa, indoor lap pool, pickleball court, private marina, Michelin-driven restaurant, house car, and beach club, with delivery expected in 2027. The Sunny Isles development offers 194 residences ranging from 1,950 to 4,680 ft², 70,000 ft² of amenities including a private beach, three pools, wellness spa, pet spa, bar & grill, and is scheduled for fall 2026 delivery. Both embody St. Regis’s signature rituals, bespoke butler service, afternoon tea, curated cocktails, within architectural envelopes by Robert A.M. Stern and Arquitectonica, and interiors by Rockwell Group and Patricia Anastassiadis.

    St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles

    Baccarat

    Baccarat Residences is rising along the Brickell waterfront as a soaring 75‑story, 848‑ft tower designed by Arquitectonica. In the Related Group’s inaugural branded collaboration with Baccarat, this crystal‑inspired residential monument offers 324 luxury units, plus exclusive penthouses and riverfront duplexes, featuring floor‑to‑ceiling glass, private elevator foyers, gourmet kitchens, expansive terraces, and lofty 10–12‑ft ceilings. Covering approximately 75,000 ft² of amenities, residents will indulge in a riverfront restaurant, wine cellar, chef’s kitchen, grand salon, hammam spa, fitness center, private marina, pool deck, screening room, salon, and concierge services. With vertical construction underway and already 97% sold, the tower is on schedule for early 2028 completion.

    Baccarat Residences, Brickell

    Waldorf Astoria

    Downtown Miami’s skyline will be punctuated by the Waldorf Astoria Residences, a record‑setting 100‑story tower by Carlos Ott and interiors by BAMO. With 360 residences and a 205‑room hotel, this tower will offer 10-foot ceilings, private elevators, panoramic views, spa and fitness facilities, rooftop pools, ballrooms, and fine dining venues underpinning the Waldorf brand’s legacy of luxurious hospitality. As one of Miami’s tallest structures at over 1,000 ft, this building is on track for Q2 2028 completion and will anchor the city’s urban luxury narrative.

    Faena

    The Faena Residences in the River District brings a cultural resonance rarely seen in residential developments. Rising approximately 60 floors with around 440 residences from 700 ft² to nearly 7,700 ft², Faena injects art, design, and wellness into its DNA. Standout features include a 45,000 ft² sky‑bridge “Faena Club” with a theater, marina access, spa, infinity pool, cigar lounge, wine cellar, and screening room. The entire development is on track for delivery by 2028.

    Mandarin Oriental 

    Finally, on serene Brickell Key, Mandarin Oriental Residences is staging an island‑like oasis with two towers: a 66‑story residential tower with 220+ residences (2‑ to 5‑bed units up to ~6,000 ft² and penthouses with private pools up to $50 million), plus a hotel tower. The property boasts a 100,000 ft² podium housing 11 pools, wellness club, tea garden, golf simulators, forest yoga lawn, and hotel‑level services. Launching construction in 2026, this sanctuary is expected to completed by 2030.
